We have been designing and making our clocks for 20 years now, we send them all over the world and know they are often cherished objects.
However, sometimes they are in need of some tender loving care. The mechanism is guaranteed for the first year of it’s life and you can generally expect it to perform for up to 10 years or more, but a time will probably come when it needs replacing.
We offer a general service and overhaul….. we will replace the mechanism, including new hands if necessary, give it a general spruce up, pop in a new battery and return it to you by Special Delivery (insured)….. for £40 for your Trolley clock on wheels and £45 for your Pendulum clock.
If you would like to go ahead, please send us your clock, securely packaged together with your return address and either a cheque made payable to abbott and ellwood, or alternatively, a bank transfer, please email us for details: make@abbottandellwood.co.uk.
